HOME SERVICES

The following home care services are offered individually and are billed hourly or can be combined into one of our popular custom tailored monthly packages.

House Cleaning
- Daily, weekly or monthly service available.
Weekly Inspections
- Let Idaho Cabin Keepers give you the peace of mind you deserve while you are away. We will perform a weekly inspection checking the overall status of your home’s security. We will also check the mechanical, plumbing, heating and electrical systems to ensure that they are functioning properly.
Freeze Inspections
- All plumbing is checked on a daily basis during extreme weather conditions to prevent freezing. Water is turned off and pipes are drained. Antifreeze is also available.
Property Accounting
- Receive Bills (utilities, property taxes, insurance, mortgages, etc.), Pay Bills, Provide year-end tax information summary
Chimney Sweeps and Cleanings
- Wood burning chimneys should be cleaned on an annual basis to ensure a safe and effective flue system. Gas burning appliance flues should be cleaned regularly as well.
Painting and Staining
- With our area’s harsh weather conditions, it is highly recommended that you have your home stained every 2 years and repainted every 4 years to keep the wood in like-new condition. It is also a good idea to have your decks and other horizontal surfaces re-stained or painted every season.
Window Cleaning
- Many homes in the Garden Valley area have high, picture windows. We can provide professional cleaning service to maintain your homes beauty.
General Maintenance and Repairs
- Changing of furnace/AC filters, water filters.
- Filling of your propane tank.
- Screening and coordination of independent contractors for estimates, maintenance, and repair of your property, including winterization and de-winterization.
