    We live in an area where there are a lot of minerals in the water. Sometimes you can smell the sulphur inthe water, but it is harmless and safe to drink. Some people are more sensitive to the minerals and may want to bring their own drinking water. This is not true in all or our properties, so if you have sensitivity, please contact us and we can advise you on the best cabins for this issue. Thank you.

• Our only issue with the location was us wishing our neighbors were alittle farther away. And the four stars on cleanliness was not an issue- it was a rustic cabin and we loved it. We will absolutely use it again.

• I rented this cabin with some friends and just loved our weekend. The deck was perfect overlooking the river. beds down stairs barely slept 2 and were quite uncomfortable. Over all loved it!

  A great location and well maintained cabin. It is probably too close to the river for family with youg kids but a great location for all adult family.

  This cabin was a great little get-away for the weekend. Great location right on the river and lived up to its name, Perfect Peace. A little confusion w/ the cabin instructions on how to operate, clean-up, etc....the owner's have instructions posted inside the cabin and the management company also provides instructions, many of which differ from each other! Maybe a little clarification would be nice, but don't let that affect your decision to stay here. It is a great spot.

  Great cabin for a weekend getaway! Only complaint was not enough bathtowels.

• Perfect Peace is aptly named. The setting is lovely. We also enjoyed a performance at Starlight Mountain Theater.

  The cabin was great; the kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware. The view was beautiful & we saw some deer. Unfortunately, the fishing was not great by the cabin; we had to drive to other spots. Overall, we would definitely come back next & highly recommend it to friends & family.

  The view was just awesome! We saw deer and soaring bald eagles from the porch. The cabin however could use a good detail cleaning. Overall we totally enjoyed the Perfect Peace Cabin.

  We would have loved our stay more in cooler weather. It would have been fun to use the barbecue grill out on the large deck overlooking the river but it was too hot before sundown and too many mosquitos after sun down. There could be a couple more fans so that each room had one. We really enjoyed watching the humming birds and the large view over the river. August is not the best time for this cabin without air conditioning.

  A great location, very peaceful with nice views. The cabin is well maintained. The major drawback when staying in it during the hot summer months is lack of air conditioning. This made it uncomfortable to stay in and sleep at night.
