  We've been using Cabin Keepers for several years now. We use their cabins for our Holiday Getaway and Women's Retreats so far. Karen and Valerie are so helpful in making sure we have what we need and answering all our questions. The hot tub on the river was beautiful and the space to spread out was nice. Middlefork has plenty to do inside as well and is close to the national forest. The kitchen had everthing we needed, beds were comfy, plenty of blankets and 2 fireplaces. We love our time in Crouch, the folks are so helpful as well. One of the cars got stuck on the ice again and someone came along and got it out. Wild Bill's is a fun coffee bistro. The new grocery store has everything you might have forgotten. We look forward to our time away, we hope you love it as much as we do!

  My only complaint, and I've used Idahocabinkeepers on 4 separate occasions now, is that check in time is too late in the day and check out is too early. That always leaves a bad taste in my mouth about this service.

    We understand that everyone wants to get in as early as possible and leave as late as possible and when we can accommodate that we try our hardest, however, when a cabin needs to be cleaned between rentals, there iis a certain amount of time required and we cannot change that.

  The cabin was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We wish the Middlefork had more water this time of year(not your fault) and that the cabin had at least a dock or cleared area near the water. The view was marred by the junky yard of the cabin across
  the river. The t.v. downstairs wasn't new enough to accommodate newer game systems, so the kids had to be upstairs when they played - not that relaxing! We did enjoy the firepit, hot tub and horseshoes, but wish there had been directions to hikes near the
  cabin, since we aren't familiar with the area.

  Overall, our time at the cabin was great experience. We held our first family reunion with all of our children and grandchildren. The location is great for those in the greater Boise area. The cabin has many amenities and was delightfully decorated. The late check-in time was one of our few complaints.

  Plenty of room to spread out. Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful location. The property manager went out of her way to help us book a horse ride. We also went on a raft ride during our stay. Mostly just relaxed in the hot tube or on the porch. We had campfires at night. The kids loved the game room. An all around great time was had by all. FYI, our GPS led us to a spot in the middle of no where when we typed in the Cabin Keepers address. Luckily, a local stopped to help us (it was dark which didn't help). She drove us over to the rental office and waited to make sure we knew where to go next. Every person we met in Garden Valley was kind and helpful.

  My family chose this cabin due to the size and location. We loved the wrap-around deck and spent many hours out there talking, playing games and eating. The hot-tub was great and the changing room next to it was very convenient. It was incredibly relaxing, sitting in the hot-tub and watching the river. The cabin had everything we needed to make the stay enjoyable and fun. Our second day there we walked to the forest which was a short distance away and had a nice walk. Our next day, we took the trail from the cabin down to the river and played in the river. Our dogs loved it! The third day we went white water rafting with a company that was only 18 miles away. We would definitely rent this cabin in the future!

  Hot tub was not working. Later we found out their was a new control panel but the old (broken) panel was not covered or had a sign pointing to the new panel. The cabin was a bit musty, probably due to the fact we were the first visitors in months. We enjoyed our stay and have rented from you in the past and will continue to be a repeat customer. The local staff was very helpful.

  We had a great time at this cabin! It was very clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to be able to do their own thing when they wanted to. The wrap around deck was amazing!!! Wish we could have enjoyed it more, but it was very cold during our visit. The best part about being there in the winter- The sledding! We went sledding right out the back door. The kids had a blast! Then we walked up the road to the National Forest road and snow shoed. The hot tub was also very enjoyable. We saw a herd of deer right out the back door. It was amazing!! We can't wait to go back in the summer!

  There were 10 of us for three days and we had plenty of spread-out-space. The view is breathtaking, late night pool tournaments, cuddle up in front of the fireplace with a movie or a good book, building a snow-family, and sledding kept everyone active and happy. We began planning the next get-away on the drive home.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay by the Middle Fork River. Lots of windows and great views. Many fun options for kids and adults. Hot tub on deck overlooking river was terrific. Management happily remedied problems with frig and tub drain. Good people. Nice place, excellent location.

  On our honeymoon we stopped in at the cabin for a couple nights and had a ton of fun! The cabin was very nice and well kept and had all the amenities including the hot tub, dish TV, and pool table. It was great and I would recommend it.
  
  The only down side to our stay was that the location to pick up the key took us a bit to find (it is right in crouch on the right hand side) and also the map to the cabin had a few errors that made is an adventure to follow but we got there and once there had a bunch of fun!

  This is one of the largest and most beautiful cabins my family and I have ever stayed in. The layout is very thought out. From the lower level, you can access the hot tub via a small bridge...yes bridge, very pretty as the hot tub overlooks the river below, only issue was there was no lights at the hot tub which made for some blind moments crossing the bridge back to the cabin at night on the ice. Back at the Cabin, the lower floor had a wood stove fireplace, TV with VCR, pool table and fooseball, which gave us hours of fun. There is a bedroom stocked with a bunk bed and an extra twin On the main level, there is a wraparound deck for a full view of the wilderness surrounding the cabin, very inspiring views. Also on mainlevel, is a wide open living room with central fireplace, a full kitchen and two bedrooms, and a bathroom...and a two car garage. You'll find the washer/dryer in one of the rooms closets, which was the only wierd thing about this cabin. Finally upstairs, you have the master bedroom with Master bath, master bath has old fashioned tub, just outside the masterbedroom is a sitting room at the top of the stairs filled with antiques. The cabin is loaded with antiques. The weekend was very memorable and relaxing. Problem is 2 nights is not enough time. With checkin at 3pm and checkout at 10am, 2 night rental is 43 hours at best, you just start to relax and enjoy everything and it's time to leave. My advise, rent for a week and let all stress go.

  Thought cabin didn't have more than 2 bath towels. On last day we found more in the dryer. Had a little trouble finding the office, even with directions and a map. Even asked locals and they didn't know where it was. Otherwise, a very POSITIVE experience!

  We needed to use the phone a couple of times as our cells were sporadic... we will be happy to pay for whatever that cost is. Jesse Mason , a friend of the owners was with us ... so that was fun.... hot tub was great... the cranky old man next door was interesting!!!

  Even though it rained much of the time we were there, we had an enjoyable time. The covered desk was great and the view was awesome! The hot tub was exceptional; our only criticism of it was that it is too small. The pool table came in very handy due to the rain. We appreciated that all of our family (dogs too) could come. Tia and Snooks especially thank you for not having to go to a boarding kennel!
